Customizing / Resculpting

Customizing consists in resculpting a greater or lesser part of the model. It can be a neck resculpt (changing the position), face, hair, etc ...

For Artist Resins models, please ask to the original sculptor if he is okay with resculpting the model before.

Prices vary depending the model as the work is not the same on each piece.

Currently, I only offer mane and tail resculpt for commission. If your horse originally has a long mane and you commission me a shorter one, the neck will be resculpted for sure.

Prepping

The prepping part consists in preparing the model for the painting step. For factory models (like Breyer, Peter Stone, Copperfox, etc...) it's usually sanding molding lines, moving the air hole from the corner of the mouth. For artist resins, the model may have pinholes on the body and they must be recapped.

I don't do prepping for commissions. The model must be ready for painting.

Painting
