Services

Communication :

   - For ordering, you can only write me by email.

   - When the commission is placed, feel free to send me a DM on Instagram (or Facebook). I love to send work in progress pictures to my customers !

   - I don't like to be stressed while working, please respect that and don't be impatient. If I can't work on your commission, you'll be informed. I am transparent with any prospective delays.

 

Payment :

   - Paypal only.

   - Time payments are currently not accepted as I immediately reinvest in other models for the studio.

   - I start the horse when I receive the payment.

   - When the horse is finished, I send it usually in the following week. If I have an impediment, you'll be kept informed.

 

Auctions :

   - Be sure before placing a bid.

   - You have 48 hours to send the payment.

   - I'm tolerant but if there's many abuse with cancelled bids, you'll be placed on a blacklist.

Shipping :

   - I send via "Laposte", french postal service. If you are in Europe, I can send via Mondial Relay for a cheaper price but there's no insurance with it.

   - You'll have the choice to take an insurance on your order. If you want one, it will be necessary to tell me the value of it.

   - For commissions, I'll have to send you the horse back so I need to know the weight of your horse for buying the appropriate mailing label.

  - When the package is ready, I'll send you the tracking number.
